We aim to process all orders on the same day as receipt of payment, but at busy times and weekends this could take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification to let you know when your items are packed and out for delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your items through the post. For some non UK locations this can take longer due to shipping times. In the event that we do not have your items in stock, you will receive an email and an option to wait or cancel your purchased items. If you opt to wait please allow for up to 28 days for your goods to be delivered.

We will then ask you to post the items back to us in their original condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a trackable method. Once your items are received we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed or when a replacement product has been despatched.
