Ideal for the ultimate control of hose pipes, saving water in style and creating the great quality spray Haws is famous for. The spray lance is 600mm long with an all brass screw on rose, to prevent it falling off when under hosepipe pressure. The spray lance can also be used with vacuum pressure tanks.
I got my delivery ultra quick. The item is well made with top class materials. But, there was a loose piece of brass in the shape of a ring near the trigger that let's the water through. I looked and looked and looked, but could not figure this out. I sent a email to Haws to see if it was a unfinished piece. I did not get a reply!!!!. So I phoned to ask what this loose piece of brass ring was. I was told it is used to keep the unit open to the water flow, this as to be fiddled around with to put it in place to keep thee flow at a constant flow. For me, this let's this item down. Highly machined parts and materials and your messing with a loose piece of brass to keep the item on. I am sure some sort of pin mechanism could be used on this top priced piece of kit. Just a little disappointed.
