    Where we offer next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. We do not currently work weekends.

    Free UK mainland* delivery on all orders over £99 - DPD tracked and signed for.

    Small items £3.95 - Royal Mail 48 (Tracked)

    Small items £6.50 - Royal Mail 24 (Tracked)

    Small and Large items £6.95 - DPD (Tracked)

    Large items Northern Ireland £12.95 DPD

    Large items Scottish Highlands and Islands £36.50 - DPD (Tracked)

    *Unfortunatly, we cannot offer free delivery to Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland at this time.

    **Large items are The Bearwood Brook, Cradley Cascader, and Warley Fall products. All other products are considered small items. Please note that one large item, in an order of small items, makes it a large order.

    Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund. To request a return please follow the instructions in the Haws Help Centre

    Once your items are received, we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed.
