    To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order by 2 PM, Monday through Friday. Note that we do not process orders or operate on weekends.

    *Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery to Northern Ireland at this time.

    The following products are classified as large items: The Bearwood Brook, The Cradley Cascader, The Selly Soak, and The Warley Fall. All other products are considered small items. Please note that an order will be treated as a large order if it includes even one large item or a sufficient number of small items.

    Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund. To request a return please follow the instructions in the Haws Help Centre

    Once your items are received, we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed.
