    **Large items are The Bearwood Brook, Cradley Cascader, and Warley Fall products. All other products are considered small items. Please note that one large item, in an order of small items, makes it a large order.

  • Mainland Europe Delivery

    European delivery rates are calculated upon checkout after entering your address.

    For EU orders, we handle the VAT. And you should not be charged additional fees to import our goods into your country. *

    We export your goods using the IOSS system. This places an order value limit of £135 excluding VAT. Our prices include VAT at a rate of 20%, as standard. This will adjust to your country's VAT rate once you have entered your shipping address. Thus, the maximum order value is £162.00 in countries with a VAT rate of 20%.

    * Haws Watering Cans is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Should any fees not be paid, the goods will be returned to Haws Watering Cans when any refunds will exclude the shipping costs incurred by Haws Watering Cans. Haws Watering Cans has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.     VAT and customs clearance charges will also have to be paid for, in full, for free warranty replacements being sent outside of the UK.

  • How to return your product

    Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund or exchange. Please contact us by calling +44 (0121) 420 2494 or email general@haws.co.uk to request a return.

    We will then ask you to post the items back to us in their original condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked method.

    Once your items are received, we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed, or when a replacement product has been dispatched.

  • How to request an order cancellation

    We ask that you notify us promptly with your request. Please note that we are not always able to cancel orders.

    To request an order cancellation; please send an email to:

    With the following text in the subject:

    Cancel Order (insert order reference number)

    It is very important that you include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email number and follows the format:

    #XXXXHAWS

    If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.

    In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
