    European Delivery rates are calculated upon checkout.

    For EU orders, the total cost invoiced to you will exclude United Kingdom VAT. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Haws Watering Cans is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full otherwise their order will be returned and refunded. Refunds will exclude shipping costs incurred by Haws Watering Cans. Haws Watering Cans has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. VAT and customs clearance charges will also have to be paid for, in full, for free warranty replacements being sent outside of the UK.

    We do, however, have some great retailers who may be able to help with your request!  Many retailers do not carry our full product line and we can’t always promise they will have stock, but hopefully, they’ll have something you love!

  • How to return your product

    Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund or exchange. Please contact us by calling +44 (0121) 420 2494 or email to request a return.

    We will then ask you to post the items back to us in their original condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked method.

    Once your items are received we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed or when a replacement product has been dispatched.
