    Free UK delivery on all orders over £50 - UK courier tracked and signed for.

    Small items £2.95 - Royal Mail

    Large items £4.95 - Royal Mail - UK courier tracked and signed for.

  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly & Channel Isles

    Small items £2.95 - Royal Mail

    Large items £22.95 - UK courier tracked and signed for.

    Size of order is calculated upon checkout. If purchasing from any of the above you must select this postage option. Selecting a mainland UK delivery method will result in your order being cancelled as we will request that you repeat the order for the correct delivery method.

    European Delivery rates are calculated upon checkout.

  • Rest of the World

    Please email us at general@haws.co.uk to enquire about shipping rates.

    We aim to deliver all orders next day when placed before midday. Please note that we do not dispatch on a Friday. You will receive an email notification to let you know when your items are packed and out for delivery.

    For some non UK mainland locations this can take longer. In the event that we do not have your items in stock, you will receive an email and the option to wait or cancel your purchased items. If you opt to wait please allow for up to 28 days for your goods to be delivered.

  • How to return your product

    Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund or exchange. Please contact us by calling +44 (0121) 420 2494 or email general@haws.co.uk to request a return.

    We will then ask you to post the items back to us in their original condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked method.

    Once your items are received we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed or when a replacement product has been dispatched.
