Q: What are the heights of your watering cans, so I can see if it will fit under a waterbutt?

A: You can find the dimensions of all our watering cans on the product descriptions

 

Q: Do you supply another type of rose for your Traditional/Slimcans (790, 196/1, 196/2, 801) ?

A: Yes we can supply an oval rose 320/4

 

Q: How do I clean my rose?

A: Use kettle descaler, or soak the rose overnight in a weak bleach solution

     

    Q: How do I claim for a refund?

      A: Fill out a claim form, with ‘proof of purchase’ Keep in mind we may ask for photo evidence, or for you to return the can.

         

        Q: What if I don’t have a receipt for my watering can?

          A: If you cannot provide ‘proof of purchase’ we will not be able to issue a full refund. However, we may offer 50% off your next purchase.

             

            Q: Do you still supply metal filters?

              A: No, we stopped manufacturing metal filters in 2005

                 

                Q: Do Garden chemicals harm the inside of my can?

                  A: No, but we recommend having two cans to distinguish chemical and water. Or to thoroughly rinse the can before using it for watering

                     

                    Q: If the paint chips off my can will it be open to rusting?

                      A; No, the cans are hot dipped galvanized before painting so are well sealed for rust resistance.
