For early growth and sensitive root systems, the set includes two Extra Fine Spray roses: one oval-faced and one round-faced. The Oval Rose delivers a wide, featherlight spray in a gentle arc across shallow beds, trays, and containers – perfect for sowing and propagation. The Round Rose offers a narrower spray pattern for more precise watering of seeds and seedlings in pots.

As your potted plants mature, the Plastic Round Rose – Fine Spray becomes your go-to. While the Fine Spray Oval Rose supplied with most Haws cans is ideal for seedlings in trays and beds, this round-faced rose is better suited to watering young plants in pots or directing moisture to the root zone of more established growth.

When rapid hydration is called for, the Plastic Extra Coarse Round Rose delivers a bold, fast-flowing spray through extra-large perforations. It’s ideal for soaking thirsty borders, replenishing dry ground, or watering with harvested rainwater – offering reliable performance even when debris is present.

Each rose is made from durable plastic for everyday use and connects securely to Selly Soak and Cradley Cascader watering cans with a plastic ferrule.
